By using PigaPay's services, website, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and PigaPay ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

4.2 Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted Services. However, we do not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that may temporarily affect availability.
5. User Obligations
When using our Services, you agree to:

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of PigaPay or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our Services without our prior written consent.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

- Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PigaPay and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to our Services
- Your violation of any term of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
- Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services or contact our support team for assistance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our Services.
